My wife and I were unable to find a travel agent that we felt comfortable with until a friend told us to give Janice Sinardi at Custom Cruises and Tours a try. We did and we couldn't be more pleased. We have booked 7 cruises with Janice so far, one being a family cruise with 18 people.

I was introduced to Janice through a mutual friend here in Peachtree City GA.  Our first cruise booked by Janice was for my two daughters, 10 year old grandson and myself to Nasseau in April '11.  Janice took all the questions and head scracthing out of the equation.  Knowing this was my 1st cruise anywhere she would call or email at least twice a week for the 1st month to make sure I had all questions answered. As we got closer to the actual departure date Janice once again coressponded with me and took all my phone calls without any sign of "oh no not again" in her voice or demeanor.  
 
Janice also took care of an Alaskan cruise for my Grandson and myself June '11.  Once again Janice was the unlimate and this included a land tour.  But this time Janice really went out of her way.  I assumed the credit card I was using was for air miles but it was only for money off a trip.  I was stuck.  Janice went to work for an afternoon and got me a terrific price for the air portion or the trip and there is no compensation from the airlines for this.  Once again we were upgraded and the room was on deck 12-perfect. (I did push for a balconey and was told she might try and get me a room where they have the oars).
 
It is not that fact that Janice is the ultimate professional.  When you are speaking with her it is like you are talking to a great friend.I will call Janice anytime I am planning a trip because I know I am dealing with a person I trust completely.

Hi Janice,
Thank you very much for the treats you had delivered to our cabin on the ship!  The strawberries and cheese were a very nice surprise!  We had a great trip!  The Norwegian Epic was incredible!  Our tours were fantastic- the Through Eternity had no more than 13 people in each tour- vatican and ancient rome and they were such passionate people, so incredibly enthusiastic about the topics, they kept our attention the whole time.  Our private tour of Naples and Positano and Sorento was fantastic- that was through Joe Banana and he was great- set up a private tour in Pompei on the spot for us that day!  thank you so much for all of your help and recommendations!
